NV Andre Clouet, Brut, Grand Cru, Rosé No 3 (RT94) Layered with mesmerizing delicacies, the deeply burnished copper hued Rosé No 3 is a surprising marvel of craftsmanship. Classy, finesse-drive notes of dried raspberry, wisps of strawberry, delicate floral notes and gun flint dominate the bouquet. The palate is precise and focused, linear-driven with delicious, soft fruit that speaks of elegance, the acidity in a perfect spot. This truly over-delivers and can be found in the current market in the $50-60 price range. I’m going to venture outside my classification norms and award this a Rick Thomson Wine Hot Pick! Damn impressive for the price point, a classic rose champagne. Drink now-2032 Tasted December 2025
