An attractive blend of young vine Cannonau – 95% – with the balance being Monica, a little known indigenous Sardian variety. The wine is aged for a few months in stainless and then released for your drinking pleasure. This is a bottling meant to be drunk young, so enjoy it in the first couple years of its life. Serve this properly chilled (small pours, keep it in an ice bucket) as it will not show as well at room temperature.
