Naveran Brut Cava Rosado is crafted from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Parellada that is organically farmed from old vines planted in 1975. This wine is certified organic and vegan and each grape variety is harvested, crushed and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. Tirage and secondary fermentation in the bottle typical of the méthode Champenoise follows with disgorgement and lastly dosage. This wine is aged for 12 months on its lees.
The Naveran family legacy began in 1901. Today the estate has 110 hectares (272 acres) of vines in the town of Torrelavit located in the Alt (high) Penedés sub-region, about 30 minutes outside of Barcelona.
