2014 Ciro Biondi, Etna Rosso DOC, Outis (Nessuno) (RT92) Aromatically lifted and now drinking at full peak, this beauty shows a translucent light ruby hue with a distinct garnet rim. The evolved, yet fresh bouquet melds perfectly with the seamless palate where the fruit is soft and charismatic, and the tannins are fully resolved. Notes of succulent Bing cherry, cranberry liqueur, mentholated spice hints of underbrush and a smattering of smoked meat lead to the sublime palate, which is soft and round with gentle acidity bringing you back for another sip. Drink now-2028 Tasted September 2024
