The 2021 Rosso di Montepulciano is 96% Sangiovese blended with a dabble of Colorino and is crafted from Certified Organic & Biodynamic grapes, and is Vegan friendly. A relatively large production wine with 28,000+ bottles made, the vines were planted between 1990-2006. It was fermented with inoculated yeasts and aged in a mix of various casks for 6 months prior to bottling.
