NV Robert Moncuit, Blanc de Blancs, Extra Brut, Grand Cru, Réserve Perpétuelle (RT94) Disgorged 11/2019, dosage 3 G/L. This recent bottling is firm, bright, and tight as a drum, but showing great potential with notes of lemon pith, chalk dust, chamomile and hints of biscuit. Lean and carefully measured in the house style, this should improve with a bit of cellaring, where it can soften up and round out. Currently showing taught and a tad bit hard, but with air reveals a lovely expression of the Extra Brut style. Drink 2024-2035
