2020 Monastery Tvrdoš Zilavka – Serbia

2020 Monastery Tvrdoš, Herzegovina, Zilavka (RT92) Brilliant pale straw, the aromatically charged Zilavka wafts up notes of white stone fruits, crisp yellow pear, chalky crushed stone and hints of white floral aromas. The mouth texture is linear, pure and focused, is of medium weight, and layered with delicious fruit and buttressed with bright acidity. This is an excellent food wine that pares with light, fresh cheeses and an array of seafood dishes. Drink now-2026+
