2019 Ilatium Morini, Valpolicella DOC (RT91) This Veronese blend is crafted from 70% Corvina and Corvinone, 20% Rondinella, and 10% Croatina and other varieties. Sourced from young vines 7-10 years old and aged in stainless steel vats, this is intended for early drinking with an emphasis on its fresh fruit.
