2019 Ilatium Morini, Soave DOC (RT89) A blend of 85% Garganega, 15% Trebbiano di Soave, from 35 year old vines aged in stainless steel. This pale straw hued white is an early drinking, easy styled wine that’s ideal for summer quaffing. Fresh, softly structured with notes of lemon, honey dew melon, hints of green apple and a whisp of white flowers. The palate is light and fruit driven with soft acidity.
